The Promoter as developer of The Oracle (The Oracle) is offering existing buyers who complete the Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire during the Competition Period the chance to win a 52" LCD TV (the Competition).The Promoter2. The promoter is South Sky Investments Pty Ltd ACN 097 092 709 as owner and developer of The Oracle located at Elizabeth Avenue, Broadbeach in the State of Queensland (the Promoter).Eligibility3. To be eligible, entrants must have already entered into a binding and subsisting contract for a residential unit at The Oracle with the Promoter (the Contract).4. Only the buyer stated in the Contract is eligible to enter.5. One entry only per Contract will be accepted. 6. To be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must complete the document titled Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire and return it to the Promoter at Po Box 1201, Surfers Paradise, QLD, 4217 or complete the Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire online at www.theoraclebroadbeach.com.au/form/oracle.7. The Competition begins at 9am on Monday 22nd February 2010 and closes at 4pm Friday 5th March 2010 (the Competition Period).  Any entries received after 4pm Friday 19th March 2010 will not be included in the Competition.Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire / Entry Form8. The Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire will be available for completion online at www.theoraclebroadbeach.com.au/form/oracle or available for collection from Shop 106, The Wave, Surf Parade, Broadbeach, QLD, 4218 during the Competition Period.9. All details must be fully completed on the Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire.  Prize10. There will be one (1) Prize winner and the winner will win the Prize.  The Prize is one (1) 52" LCD TV (valued at $5000);11. The total maximum value of the Prize is $5000. 12. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, either in whole or in part.Drawing of the Prize13. The Prize Winner will be drawn at 10.00 am on the 26th March 2010.  14. All Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire's received by the Promoter (whether online or via post) will be placed in an entry box.15. The Prize Winner for the draw will be the person whose Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire is correctly completed in accordance with conditions 3 to 9 (inclusive) and is the first entry form drawn from the entry box.16. The Prize Winner does not have to be present at the time or place of the draw.17. The Prize Winner must collect their Prize within three months of the draw.18. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify by mail, telephone or otherwise of the Prize Winner to arrange collection of their respective Prize.19. If the Promoter is unable to locate or contact the Prize Winner within three months after the draw then another Prize Winner will be drawn.20. The Promoter will not publish the results of the competition.21. A person claiming to be a Prize Winner will be required to provide proof of identity.22. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the Competition or otherwise.Other General Terms23. All entry forms remain the property of the Promoter.24. The Prize winners agree to provide information and photographs of themselves for marketing and publicity use if requested by the Promoter. 25. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the Prize or the conduct of the Promotion.   Prize winners must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the Promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter by reason of any loss, damage or injury incurred by the Promoter arising out of this Promotion.26. Under the Privacy Act, the Promoter must tell you when it collects personal information about you and how it will use it. If you choose to enter or take part in the Competition, you will be required to provide information about yourself and the entrant. The Promoter will collect and use the personal information you have provided to us for the purpose of carrying out this Competition and may use it for marketing promotions. The Promoter may use personal information to send you publications or other promotional material. The Promoter may supply the personal information to contractors which assist the Promoter to do this, to organisations which provide special prizes or offers and which are clearly associated with the Competition and to selected approved organisations which may use it to inform you about other products, services or events.  The Promoter may also publicly display personal information about yourself or the entrant for the purpose of carrying out this Competition.  By completing the Oracle Lifestyle Questionnaire and submitting it to the Promoter, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in this way. You have a right to access most personal information which the Promoter holds about you. The Promoter may deny your request for access in some circumstances.
